Hi Everyone,
Interesting places. When my Yahoo main page opened there was an advertisement for Hungry Girl so I checked it out. It has some really cool recipes that are low calorie and substitute recipes for brand name meals. Anyway, I thought it was a cool site. I’m in deep deadline. I have to finish my current book this month—eghhhhhh! Okay, got that out of my system. I always have a brief moment of panic when I say “this month”. It’s actually going pretty good–sort of. At this point in time my brain starts feeling like a pretzel with all the stuff I’m trying to remember. But it’s fun when everything comes together at the end.
Right now, the heroine is having to fish for her supper. She’s finally managed to put the sacrificial worm on the hook. LOL I’m always laughing at the stuff my characters come up with.
Okay, I need to go see what my characters have been up to and see if I can get it all down on paper. Have a fantastic day!!!

Karen that is a great website, I have book marked it so I can explore it more when time permits. Hope your heroine manages to get some fish for supper……..LOL. At least she got the worm onto the hook……Good luck with your deadline.
Thanks, Cryna! I’ve tried the waffles–with a little tweeking because I forgot the recipe and they’re fantastic.
I made a syrup topping using sugar free Red Raspberry jam and sugar free red raspberry syrup and I microwaved it. I used whole grain (2) eggo’s and topped with fat free whipped topping. Ohmygosh! They’re so good. Oh, and I added a couple of slices of turkey bacon for protien. All togetehr is esas right at 300 calories.
