I've tried the waffles--with a little tweeking because I forgot the recipe and they're fantastic. I made a syrup topping using sugar free Red Raspberry jam and sugar free red raspberry syrup and I microwaved it. I used whole grain (2) eggo's and topped with fat free whipped topping. Ohmygosh! They're so good. Oh, and I added a couple of slices of turkey bacon for protien. All togetehr is esas right at 300 calories. Karen Thanks, Cryna!
