Okay, I’m making this a quickie as we are all pressed for time. What part of the holidays are you looking forward to the most? Christmas dinner with the pecan pie? Opening presents? Watching others open your presents? Midnight Mass. Christmas service? Ringing in the New Year…and getting rid of ’07? After Christmas sales?
I’m mostly [...]

I love this time of year, and it always seems a good thing to me to count my blessings. Some years are better than others… some years are filled with the sadness of losing a loved one… some years may have challenges concerning jobs or other circumstances beyond our control.
But I always try to remember [...]

I couldn’t think of a header.
Good Morning,
Where is the day going? It seems like the hours are slipping by way too fast or maybe I’m dozing off a lot. That could be it. So much to do, so little time.
I cleaned the living room. Applause is welcome but clap really loud so I can [...]

Most of you know that October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. I hope you’ve had the opportunity to participate in some way, even if it’s something as simple as purchasing a product whose proceeds go in part to the cause.
I lost my best friend to breast cancer 17 years ago… Sheila left two young children [...]
