I decided 2009 was going to be the year I conquer my resolutions. I would exercise more! When I saw the cobwebs on the treadmill I realized I probably wouldn’t be exercising any less. I always have good intentions. I started my NY’s healthy living (not diet) on Jan 1st. Today is the 7th and I think I’ve managed to eat healthy two days out of the 7. I’m trying to think positive. I mean, I did get all the cobwebs off the treadmill.
No more negative talk.
What resolutions have you kept? I quit smoking 11 years ago. It wasn’t exactly a NY’s resolution, but it was a resolution. It wasn’t easy, either. I used to smoke a pack to a pack and a half every day. Looking at the price of cigarettes, I’m so glad I stopped smoking.
My Favorite Phantom is available!!! Woo-hoo! I love writing about ghosts.
I have a book due Feb first and I’m making the last go-through so better get back to work. Have a great day and may you conquer all your resolutions this year!

I have decided this year I would get healthy – not just lose weight, even though I hope to do that too. Of course, we started this week since that’s when the kids went back to school, and so far we’ve done really well. Minimum of thirty minutes of exercise a day plus cutting back on the fatty foods. Luckily our weather has been great and we’ve been able to exercise outside. That’s always more exciting than the treadmill.
